Bitrix session and security cookies are used to keep forms and authorised areas working and to protect requests from misuse. Disabling them may prevent booking forms or the management panel from working.
Visitor identifier
The site creates a first-party identifier named hlrent_client_id. It is a random technical value, does not contain your name or phone number and is stored for up to 12 months. It helps us connect a booking form and a WhatsApp enquiry made from the same browser.
Measurement and advertising
If measurement or advertising services are enabled, their providers may set their own cookies to measure visits and advertising results. These cookies are governed by the relevant provider’s settings and policy.
3. Information sent with an enquiry
When you submit a booking form or open a prepared WhatsApp link, the visitor identifier may be included with the enquiry. Booking details such as dates, selected vehicle and branch may also be included. The identifier is used for enquiry attribution and is not a payment credential.
4. Managing cookies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may affect forms, login and other site functions. You can also use the privacy controls offered by measurement or advertising providers.
